Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to Jobara AI ("Jobara", "we", "us") at jobaraai.com and related services. By creating an account or using Jobara, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy.

The service

Jobara helps you discover jobs, generate tailored resumes and cover letters, and apply with hybrid in-app tools. Jobara prepares materials and assists with submission workflows — you remain responsible for reviewing every document and approving every application before it is submitted.

Jobara does not guarantee interviews, offers, or hiring outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your experience and qualifications.
• Review all generated content before approving or submitting it.
• Decide which jobs to pursue and where to apply.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized access.
• Comply with employer, job board, and applicable laws when applying to roles.
• Do not misrepresent your background, impersonate others, or use Jobara for fraud or spam.

Submission methods

Jobara supports controlled submission methods only, which may include manual-assisted apply, user-controlled in-app browser apply, email apply when a posting explicitly requests email applications, permitted ATS/API integrations where configured, and founder-assisted pilot submission.

LinkedIn or Indeed credential-based automation is not enabled without separate legal and terms approval. You must not attempt to bypass these limits or use Jobara in ways that violate third-party platform rules.

AI-generated content

Jobara may use AI to draft or adapt application materials. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You must verify facts, tone, and formatting before use. Job descriptions and uploaded files are treated as untrusted input.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in USD through Stripe. Plus includes a 3-day trial and renews at $12.99 USD/month unless cancelled before the trial ends. Pro is $25.99 USD/month. Prices are shown before applicable sales tax.

You can manage payment methods and cancel from Billing settings (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise on your invoice. See our Refund policy for billing disputes and refunds.

Free tier and fair use

Free access is limited as described on the pricing page. We may adjust plan limits, features, or availability with reasonable notice where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, scrape, or overload the service without permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or models.
• Upload malware or content you do not have rights to use.
• Harass others or use Jobara for unlawful purposes.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from Privacy settings. Provisions that should survive termination (billing records, disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive.

Disclaimers

Jobara is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your expectations or employer requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobara and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Jobara in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid, whichever is greater, except where law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
