Refund policy

Jobara AI offers monthly Plus and Pro subscriptions billed in USD through Stripe. Prices shown are before applicable sales tax. Plus begins with a 3-day trial and automatically renews at $12.99 USD/month unless cancelled before the trial ends. Pro is $25.99 USD/month.

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, or a material service failure, contact support within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Plus and Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your Stripe invoice.

This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
